The Milwaukee World Festivals, Inc. lease is up in 7 years. Now, we have a chance to improve our quality of life. Envision a neighborhood of green public space, condominiums, retail, and open access to our State Park, and a downsizing of Summerfest to make it a better fit for the neighborhood.
